Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Fabrication Series! Following are the terms and
conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During normal days we have orders shipped on the same day as long as they are placed before 1:00 PM PDT. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. The delivery times you see at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier. We do not have control over the carriers and their time of deliveries. Priority mail is not a guaranteed delivery date by USPS.

Carrier

We primarily ship domestic orders via USPS, UPS, DHL, FEDEX. .

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Weld Metals Online ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Expedited shipping

We do not offer expedited shipping services. Choosing a faster shipping speed such as Priority, 2nd Day, Express, etc. ONLY relates to the speed the carrier will deliver. Faster shipping services do NOT mean we will process and ship your order quicker.

Carrier Delivery Time

The delivery times you see at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier. We do not have control over the carriers and their time of deliveries. Once the package leaves our facility we can NOT control or change the speed, delivery date, delivery location, or offer cancellations, refunds or returns. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Weld Metals Online is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

We pack our shipments ridiculously tight and we use a lot of packing material. Damages and lost items are rare. However, Weld Metals Online is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Make sure you take pictures of the damaged packaging for reference. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If you notify us about the damaged products, we will try and assist with your claim.

International Shipping Policy

Weld Metals Online ships worldwide. The price listed at checkout is the calculated cost. We do not have control over the price, but if you contact us, we will take a second look and see if there is a less expensive option. International transit time is typically 6-10 days.
